Okay got most of the art needed for my setting intro, now I just need to....get to liking the sound of my voice hahaha. I've been hating it for a while now, despite multiple compliments that I have a voice for radio.

Oooh a new little thing I can participate in! Issy got a redesign and I got better in a few spots and started pushing the little details. Art is a journey and I'm still trotting along.

I just want to say that in the event Bluesky bows to the current campaign of censorship, you can find me on Itaku. It's technically more like Weasyl or DeviantArt (minus the GenAI), but I only have the time to manage 2 socmed accounts. So it'll be tumblr and either here or there.

So I found out my mom's favorite Mystic Topaz ring was stolen a while back and I aim to replace it in time for her birthday in a few months. I'm opening commissions, so keep an eye out for an updated ToS and Portfolio.

Dropped a couple things on the ref sheet since I was getting hung up on them, and I can always add them later. Then I finished the portrait! Just leaves Issuldra's belongings, as well as her shapeshifting forms, and lastly some text explaining things.

Took a break from Issuldra's character page to update some of the Fae and starting with the earth fae. istg I looked at a reference but his face looks so goofy and I can't pin down why.

I'll be streaming on twitch later today! Aiming for about noon, but the plumbers came early to fix the upstairs water issues so we'll see if they're still here by then. Going to be a big ol' draw-a-thon, and I also want to take requests during the stream to challenge myself. See you there!

So it took about 7 hours, almost a gallon of drinking water, one straight-cold shower, two heavy duty air movers, one trip to the store and a significant amount of cussing to get the desk and tablet setup during a heatwave. But it's done!

Ordered my new Huion screen tablet 8am yesterday as what I *thought* would be a late birthday present to myself, with the plan of setting up the new desk that arrives on Monday, then the new tablet. Nope! Huion got it to me today so, happy birthday to me I guess? lol
