A federal judge ruled that senior DOJ officials' comments created a "realistic likelihood" of vindictiveness in its criminal case against Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Abregio Garcia is now entitled to a hearing to argue for tossing his case on these grounds. https://bit.ly/48jnA4D
