The DOE liftoff report said they needed $25B min focused in those select SW American states by 2030. That was pre DT. So we are talking post 2030S for AB/BC?

The Cons in their fed platform had two mines from QC & ON but weren't selected (other projects in those regions were). What happens if a project has been under review for more than two years? Will they get a made up yes/no date?

To steal from @ramez.bsky.social Canada should have an ARPA Industry, and Agriculture (also I'd add problems in the Great Lakes like Quagga Muscles, plastics cleanup, et ). The Bussiness council of Canada agrees put it on their wish list, Bains didn't felt 🇨🇦 didn't need one in 2017 he was wrong.

Even these guys are for an 🇨🇦ARPA program. Industrial emissions. Bains didn't want to bring one in 2017, bsing. I would have a new one for Food, Great Lakes clean up 🇨🇦ARPA-AG/W
