You ought to pay more attention to their twisted logic. Simply not counting the tax break extensions - primarily for the wealthy (which will affect your Medicaid/Snap/Medicare...) doesn't mean they really disappear. Lack of revenue with increased spending goes in one direction - debt.

I say to all you lawyers bring on suit after suit / state after state. Push it all to the point the suits have to go to SCOTUS. At some point Roberts will cave under the added pressure and wonder what the fu!# he started.
