If those companies at least paid for a copy of the material they are using for training. Them using pirated or illegally downloaded or scrapped music and books makes it even more outrageous I think.

Agreed. I think my problem is mostly with people that sell the games industry as the best place to work in, where everything is great and everyone has plenty of well-paid opportunities.

In case you are wondering, it was non-trivial low level streaming code in C++.

Sonnet 4.5 seems to be good with certain use cases that were hard for code assistants before.
