Did anyone tell the January 6 rioters that it was “illegal” to carry a gun to a protest? AR 15 s and other arms were everywhere. Patel waves the “illegal” accusation only when it’s convenient and necessary to keep the ICE agents from being charged with murder.

After the first shot to Mr Pretti, the ICE agent has no defense for the multiple shots afterward. Before the second shot, Mr Petti was on the ground unarmed and immovable. There was no justification to fire 4-5 additional shots to Mr. Petti’s lifeless body.

Is it possible that in the scuffle, the protester’s gun fell on the ground? An ICE agent (the shooter) picked it up, used it to hit the protestor three times, then ended up using Mr. Pretti’s own gun to shoot him multiple times.

It is not clear from this video if the protestor had a gun or not. In one part if the video, you can see the protestor’s back and there was no gun in his waistband. If the protestor had a gun, it appears it fell to the ground during the struggle and ICE picked it up and shot 3-4 more times.

It looks like a gun fell on the ground, an ICE agent picked it up, shooting the protestor while he was on his knees, then ICE moved back and from a distance shot 3-4 times. He could have killed the young woman who was filming close by or another ICE agent.

Notice how most of the ICE agents scattered after they realize the protestor had been shot? A bunch of macho cowards.

It looks like an ICE agent took out his gun, hit the protestor several times with the gun, shot the man once, then stepped back and fired 3-4 more shots AFTER the protestor was immobilized and face down on the ground.
