That's one pretty lady. Reminds me of a similar looking cat that owned my parents when I started university. She blessed us with three litters of more great cats before she went on the pill. For one of the litters she trusted one of my brothers enough to drop it in his bed while he was still in it.

They are more like speculators; only interested in keeping the value high by any means, even by keeping properties from the rental market. They're not in it for actual income.

Building more, done by anyone, will make any investment drop in perceived value so I guess lobbyist will lobby for making building houses difficult or discouraged just to protect portfolio.

What I've seen from offices as investment here is that perceived value is more important than actual income. If leaving parts of the portfolio empty to make the rest more rare and thereby more expensive the whole set becomes more expensive.
I'm sure that is as true for housing investments overthere.

Day four; the kefir grains have grown from just over 10 grams to jist over 25 grams. The result is still just a bit but things advance. I think I need about 100 grams for a usable result.

Day one; First batch seems okay; tasted like I expected. Had no non metal sieve so did some diy with some Lidl snack buckets. May have lost a bit of culture through the holes.
