Legal Eagle just posted a video on Nebula (I'm sure it'll be on YouTube soon) that does show that the President violated international treatise and therefore the Constitution by arresting Maduro.
There's also the issue of Head of State Immunity and the legal principle of Equal Dignity.

And for those pondering... I absolutely believe Maduro is not a bad guy, but that alone doesn't give us the right to violate his countries borders and kidnap him.
