Here in Canada the rule of thumb is rememberance day which unfortunately was the 11th so my work started the music yesterday! ☠️

That’s why I’ve been trying to use the app called ReciMe. It like converts them into actual recipes in the app. Maybe give that a try!

Did you find it hard on your knees running on the treadmill at first when you were bigger? My knees kill me after. I lost 50 and down 203lbs but maybe its still too much for my joints.

One thing I've been thinking of as of late is how great our phones keep us connected but it's almost made everything a commodity, even human beings. Swipe right swipe left etc... Genuine connections are not as easy to form and even harder for people with anxiety/autism.
