On that note, the project that led Clark County to start requiring a decommissioning bond for projects was SkyVue, a planned observation wheel just down the street from the Tropicana that got as far as putting up two 200-foot support columns in 2012 before running out of money. They're still there.

I guess I just think it shouldn't be possible to be one section off from behind the plate in a 14,000-capacity stadium and sit in Row 8 for a Major League Baseball game for $50 inclusive of fees.
