This was the last NASA-ESA MSR plan - main retrieval was via Percy drive up to lander for loading into OS and then into MAV.

By the way, landing accuracy for NASA landings could be much better. Not a big tech hurdle. Just need to push and do it.
In a wild plan where this materialised, couldn’t Perseverance transfer the samples itself? I think it has that capability. So it could drive up to the Chinese lander.

I also think that the investment in youth sports is a bitter fruit of racism leading to the creation of white suburban high school teams who regularly lost to city teams, which was intolerable
There is, however, tremendous money in convincing kids as young as elementary to travel for hours every weekend to play hockey or soccer or baseball or volleyball, and no parent wants to buck that trend and put their kid at a disadvantage.

Guess I thought anticapitalists wouldn’t fall for that.
