There are a lot of us feeling some of these deep and challenging emotions. This has been true for me since 2/9/24,when I found out I’d have to move to TN. The road to healing is murky.

When I feel stressed, and I do right now, I tend toward feeding myself and my family really well. They chose pizza night last night, yummy but not great for us. This shrimp bowl was perfect tonight! What are you having for dinner tonight? Healthy, decadent, ridiculous?
