The Sonic DLC for the Pac-Man World 2 remake is kinda meh. It’s a bit of a bummer that a game with such a similar moveset as Adventure 2 Sonic (the OG games even released less than a year apart) is built upon Generations Green Hill nostalgia for the 100th time since 2010, even down to a certain boss

I commissioned @laurabeltran2001.bsky.social to do a 3D model for my Twitch/Discord bot, a weird McNugget Buddy OC named "Emcee Nuggie", to turn her into a Bonzai Buddy desktop pet for streams.
It turned out fantastic, if you're looking for 90s CGI-style graphics, they do a great job

Something positive internet related, it’s nice spending time on my own projects and forgetting about the world for a bit.
There’s a lot of small details I’ve spent hours on that only show up for a few seconds but I find it fun regardless, even if my stuff will never get widespread attention

I’ve been remaking a handful of programs on my stream layout so I can customize them on the fly. Some of the more intricate ones were just PNGs of the real program but now they’re all mostly CSS, Paint for example is still a PNG.
It’s looks minor but it was obnoxious making them look 100% accurate

It’s been said a million times but what is with Sega killing off the Chao Garden? Usually a franchise or genre end from low sales, Sonic Adventure 2 was the best selling 3rd party GameCube game and was salvaged from a console that killed their hardware business, how isn’t that worth following up on?

Mario Paint adding Joycon mouse controls is cool and all, but it’d be a lot cooler if the game inspired by Mario Paint that currently uses clunky joystick controls or imprecise touch controls would support the mouse too. It’s the main thing that held this game back for me

So I’m supposed to believe that the people that were celebrating defunding healthcare, education, and school meals suddenly care about the safety of children online?

Donkey Kong Bananza is really fun so far. It feels like it takes my favorite parts of Breath of the Wild and Mario Odyssey and shoves them together. As of right now I still think I prefer Odyssey but Bananza might be the better game

Is the “country” in Donkey Kong Country like an equivalent to “world” in Super Mario World? I always took it as in “rural” of some reason but both them have Game Boy entries named “Land” so I think I was just a dumb kid

I've seen lots of Sonic Superstars discourse lately and the thing I hate the most are the Emerald Powers, most of them suck. Sonic has had a lot of abilities and power ups and I can't think of many as bad as the Emerald Powers. They might be mostly optional but they were a selling point for the game
