Haven't posted in a while, so here's the chicken, sausage, shrimp, and crawfish gumbo that I made for dinner tonight.

Last night, I did something that I haven't been able to do in YEARS;

I used leftover Thanksgiving turkey to make a gumbo.

It was fucking delicious.

Decided that instead of relearning French (a language I'd mastered but was a bit rusty on), I would use Duolingo to learn Gaelic (Scottish).

Good to see Duolingo teaching me the IMPORTANT things to say in Scotland 🤣😂

Bread companies REALLY need to stop putting small greener blue print on the transparent parts of the bags. I damn near threw out an entire loaf because I thought that was mold!
