We (white men) do such a shit job of teaching boys to build unconditional communities.

I did things yesterday and I was so proud of myself for getting things done.
Today I can’t do things and forgot I should love myself anyway.

I did things yesterday and I was so proud of myself for getting things done.

Thursday I did all the things, I was so productive and effective. I installed all the ac window units and repaired the catio.
Every day since has been a deep #PEM pit that sees me begging body to either sleep or move instead of neither.
