Stormcloak/town guard armor. Literally the first thing you see when you start a new game in #Skyrim. Maybe one of the most visible armors in games? Concepted by Ray Lederer (I think.) This was made to be a cheap armor that could hide the head, which was expensive. #portfolio #gameart #3dart #art

Im gonna say it again: music is VITAL to games. Music guides players. Music enhances emotional moments. Music is so so so important. Funny enough video games are modern operas in the way music is needed to buoy the emotional stakes.

I am not sure where to start when it comes to looking for work in the gaming industry, or to start working as a 3D modeler.
i have some experience but also still entry level because i have yet to work in a more 3D professional setting.

Tip: Model the fingers separately with symmetry mode first then duplicate it and adjust the sizing lol, it's a lot more efficient that way

Learning how to rig in blender!
Maybe because I understand more about rigging since I first learned in Maya, but honestly… I feel like working in blender is much more simple and adding constraints is so easy and IK’s is not much of a process. But also this model is simple so idk. It’s fun tho!
