We see this quite often here. We treat it like AAV, but honestly, the prognosis is almost always poor. The treatment is more out of hope than actual evidence.#Nephjc

15 Indian centres participated in the VISIONARY . There is increasing representation in the recent IgA trials.

Yes . We participated in the sibeprelinimab and iptacopan in igA trials.
Feasibility assessment ongoing for two more.

In India , any fever of more than 2 weeks duration is tuberculosis until you prove it otherwise .
