It is definitely splitting hairs. But, you can kind of see how when your product is nearly identical to an existing product, you are required to split hairs. If the CEO of Pepsi describes how their product is better than Coke’s, it is going to come down to a lot of split hairs.

There are entire app ecosystems built on the AT Protocol using your same account like Skylight.

I assume there are individuals self hosting their content too, there is a whole guide on how to do it.

The AT protocol doesn’t require account deletion to leave. If you do not like the moderation tools available in the current eco system, your account is portable and you can take it to another platform running on the AT protocol.
