Bluesky does not appear to have resolved all my critiques of Twitter, but its decentralization implies that anyone can, so I'll be here to see if it happens.

The response my argument against Twitter received over a decade ago was "brevity is the soul of wit," convenient to the witless who lack citations, the substance of wit. Now, the ghost of checkmarked wit is sold to anyone who can't be brief or truthful.

Less verifiable is the fact that I sold my Xbox 360 immediately after Twitter support was announced for it at E3 2009. Twitter's worthlessness cannot be understated.
