This is Girl Kitty. She’s my chonky girl. Her brother, Boy Kitty, is a punk and he weighs 17#. They are ranch rescues from Montana (so real names are Lefty and Pancho—like the outlaws they are).

Hahaha! I keep anything 1 1/2x 1 1/2 and bigger but I did make great quilt out of narrower strips. Here 2 quilts on my bed. It hurts to throw away bits even if tiny!

I made chicken soup (none of my chickens were sacrificed). The peas, carrots, potatoes, and garlic are all from my garden this summer and are delicious!

I only made up one and even that I think it was something I must have seen somewhere… I might have dreamed up the pattern… I’m only clever enough to follow patterns! 😀

I’m done (ish) with the #TrashMahal. Recycled windows and roofing. I installed Rent A Coop’s SNAP system and,while I need a hose to connect to the rain barrel am excited about fresh water for the girls. #chickensofBluesky

Ok, Thanks to the internet I know I “twisted” my stitches. All good though. I like the look and after doing the first 7 inches and finding out I made a mistake I had already purchased enough to do a second one! I got wild colors for the second one! 💕😂 #knitsky

Update on learning to knit: I tore out what I started the other day and got the directions for the scarf kit I bought from @purlsoho.bsky.social like 5 years ago and started it. This is the 3 yard scarf for giving. Not bad for my first knitting project ever. #knitsky It’s so soft! Purl/knit.

Update on learning to knit: I tore out what I started the other day and got the directions for the scarf kit I bought from @purlsoho.bsky.social like 5 years ago and started it. This is the 3 yard scarf for giving. Not bad for my first knitting project ever. #knitsky It’s so soft! Purl/knit.

Visually the color version is beautiful. When I pull into phone and look at a black and white version, the background looks great. It supports your “action fabrics”. You have really laid out your dark, medium and lights well.
