- Walk at least 45 minutes per day. Working from couch has made me get little to no exercise. When I move in February I’ll have to take my dogs on walks (no fenced in yard) so it’ll be an easy goal to hit for Feb-Dec but I want to try to start early.

- Lose 18 pounds. I’m down about 14 pounds over the last few months and just want to get down another 18 to get to my goal weight. Feeling better already but I want to feel more comfortable in my own body in general. Next resolution should help with that.

- Read 5 books. I know it’s not a lot of books but when I averaged one book a year the last couple years it’s better than what I’ve been doing without stressing me out that I’m not reading enough. If you have self help or fiction recommendations lmk!
