one of my favourite things about working in a pub is that i’ve made friends with so many new people whom i have no social media or phone contact for whatsoever. every time i hang out with them it’s a surprise - it’s so lovely.

don’t get me wrong, having opinions on women’s bodies is BAD and theres a lot of dumb discourse about the bodies of women videogame characters out there.
…but i have to admit a part of me is mourning the fucking GUNS abby no longer has in the last of us show adaptation.

while it’s nice that the only ads cinemas in the states show before a movie are trailers, i’m actually starting to miss my ‘cold rock’ and ‘barry plant’ ads from back at home.

why are there so many dating app ads around nyc? you’re in one of the most densely populated cities in the world - there’s no place easier to meet someone at a bar, library, park, etc.

on a flight I normally binge watch oscar-winning films so my fellow flyers think I’m cultured. took a risk and watched a film PRE oscars - I liked ‘a real pain’ before it was cool.
