My brother convinced me to try Honkai Star Rail. I'm only a couple hours in, but I really like it! It's got a great battle system and some really clever writing. Also, it makes me nostalgic for Galaxy Express 999.

I started playing Pokémon Green Version! Partly for the nostalgia, but mostly so I can practice reading Japanese. It's a small thing, but I like how she added the "kun" honorific to my name!

If you ever find yourself marathoning the Yakuza / Like A Dragon games like I am, I strongly recommend NOT skipping Dead Souls. Running around the sewers as Akiyama mowing downing hoards of zombies with a SMG is so freaking fun and is the perfect cure for series burnout!

I finished Yakuza 4 Remastered!
The original version of Yakuza 4 for PS3 was my first Yakuza game, though truth be told I barely remembered it. In fact, I don't think I even finished it. Glad to finally redeem myself... it only took around 14 years. 😅

I beat the Amon boys in Yakuza 4 Remastered!

Tbh these were probably the easiest Amon battles yet, the only remotely challenging one was Saejima vs Jiro and that was just because Jiro kept healing himself.

Anyway, my playthrough should be over soon and then it's Dead Souls time!
