Hello! I usually sort folders by year, then subfolders by type of work (if It is a comm, fanart, concept, a specific project...). Inside, a folder named "psd" and outside the related jpgs. I name the works whith the structure "number(2-3 digits)_generic name_specific name_year". And that la all 😅
