But what you want is pretty easy, its just a wifi access point thar can act as a client for the wifi network and bridge the network to the Ethernet port of the AP. So wifi being uplink, Ethernet being downlink. Search “<AP brand here>” and “configure client mode”.

Still loose like 200mbits per wall so I pulled Ethernet everywhere and put about 4 APs in >_<
