I think this is going to be a great opportunity to push hard for massive increases in govt funding for all levels of palliative care...incl for those who give up time and money to look after relatives. Mr Streeting has set up a lively wee conundrum for himself!

It's a very honourable realm. My dad Arnold Aspinall was a colleague who passed on there several years ago now.
