Looking through all of the UI frameworks APIs, React makes the most sense for Design Systems.

However, utility CSS classes work well with Reacts virtual DOM since direct DOM manipulations can be avoided.

There’s got to be a way to dump css utility classes into a styled sheet so we don’t dump it in the DOM right?
