Feels like thats been the case for a long time. Many Americans see the US as this "center" that needs nothing. Many of them will never feel the need to explore outside their own country & therefore are out of touch with outside sentiment :/ Their media does a good job giving them what bias they want

I'm glad to see people sticking to their principles. The idea of travelling to the US, & giving them our hard earned tourism money as they play cat & mouse with our economy gives me the ick. Its why bad people win, apathy & complacency.

I think the best way forward, in order to make sure we don't fall down their garbage chute, is to make sure we make good decisions coming up in our own elections. Unfortunately, the US is too important to ignore, but protect your peace too.
