Wouldn’t they just boot out the juror who would hypothetically do some law research rather than declaring a mistrial?

I’d rather they got pissed with the judge for not answering their questions and just go NG throughout. Like the main crime was a murder if they believe she didn’t commit it why does the OUI matter in this context?
