Some people are using this graph to shame. All I see here is a reminder that many people don’t feel their participation is meaningful. That’s not a single issue problem. That’s a structural problem.

So, I made an 'advert' for the Warwick Anti-Casualisation group using TikTok. We shared it on our Twitter account and it went low key viral. It was viewed hundreds of thousands of times.
It was really lovely finding all the trade union folks.

I finally received a specific, very strangely worded post. I won’t fully re-post it here, but it was difficult to understand what was being said. As a race scholar, my alarm bells went off for coded language. I turned to urban dictionary for help. That’s when I understood the person said I had ‘BCS’
