I guess digitally harassing employees long distance doesn't give CEOs the same thrill so everyone has to get back on the factory floor

I think most high level managers still operate under the "I need to be able to see the factory floor" model.
If they can't physically go harass the people they think aren't doing a good job they must be getting cheated
