I'm turning 40 this weekend and same. Times are hard hun, hang in there 🫂

I feel you hun. I have PsA and insulin resistant PCOS (no meds for my PsA) and ballooned up to 256lbs. It's been hard losing weight but it's not impossible 🫂

Due to a lot of medical issues I put on a ton of weight after becoming disabled basically overnight 4yrs ago. I started my journey late last January at 256lbs and pre diabetic, I'm down to 180lbs now and finally medically released to workout again.

I'm on a wellness journey too 💗 Just aiming for toned this year and hopefully the last 40lbs off 😅
