*sigh* 🤦🏼‍♀️

My kids all loved reading before 7th grade. Their 7th grade teacher sucked all the joy from reading (and the entire year honestly). I hope the youngest doesn’t have her when she gets to that age 😢

I wish school didn’t suck the joy of reading out of my kids. Specifically one teacher my two older kids had. My youngest hasn’t had her as a teacher yet & I honestly hope the teacher switches schools before it happens 😢

My son (15) ran up to me today, so excited, and said, “Hey! Did you know that the really funny comedian you watch all the time on Smosh is a voice actor?? He’s so cool!!” Then he told me everything you’ve done that he knows and how awesome you are 💜

I *know* I should be thinking about dinner, but I just got in from the cold with the dogs, I’m hunkered under a heated blanket, and I can’t feel my toes. Dinner schminner 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

That’s my husband’s morning call to the dogs too! If I’m up before him, I get the dogs out & close the bedroom door. As soon as they hear the trumpet blast, they demand to be let back in to properly greet him good morning. 😂
