For the last day of Fermented February I have a red wine, Marquis De Lorojo Garnacha. Dinner is rigatoni & spinach marinara with dallops of ricotta, and garlic bread. A lovely way to end the month. #fermentedfebruary #costcowine #hellofresh #pastalover
