I have just finished reading Butter by Asako Yuzuki. Found it a very strange, compelling read. Does it reflect Japanese culture? I feel I must try rice, soy sauce and butter! #❤️📚

I was shocked when the National Library of Scotland removed a book - The Women who wouldn’t Wheest - from an exhibition after staff threats, and went to the second tier of their complaints procedure. Delighted they have changed their minds. That took courage. No censorship of ideas in libraries.
