It’s been exciting at track practice lately, last week we had Snappy from from SnapDragon apples visit - he brought former HS track star James Cook along with him.

I have proof that she was on the trip with me, I’m happy with that. I will miss the teenage years when they are gone.

Quick overnight trip to Boston with my middle daughter before she heads off for her real spring break. It started as a trip to watch one of my track athletes compete at NB Nationals, but turned into a sight-seeing trip when he couldn’t go. Definitely need to go back!

How do people not understand that judges are literally doing their jobs by checking what the president is doing against the constitution and current statutes?

As a HS track and XC coach and track mom with athletes now competing NCAA D1, this letter is important to share. The timing is particularly awful for this decision, as it impacts kids who didn’t even get recruited because of COVID, kids who run for the love of running.

I love it when a work trip takes me someplace with weather opposite of home. I’m at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami this weekend! My drive to the airport on Friday AM started with more than a foot of unplowed snow on my road.

I grew up as a DEN fan & watched DEN/Elway lose 3 SuperBowls just before BUF lost their 4. Elway/DEN won 2 SBs a few years later. I moved to WNY in 96 & became a Bills fan in 03 when Kelsay was drafted from Nebraska. I often compare Allen & Elway, might just be because that’s who I know.
