Scalp shampoo, exfoliate so it can sit 2-5 minutes, rinse. Moisturizing shampoo, face wash so it can sit 2-5 minutes. Scalp conditioner, soap while it sits, rinse. Moisturizing conditioner, wait 2-3 minutes, rinse. But I have horrible sense of time, so I mostly just jam under hot water
