Thanks for the comment! Just clarifying that we do think existing antibiotics are effective against Lyme, but broad-spectrum antibiotics in high doses can reduce microbiome diversity. Also we did not claim antibiotic-resistant Lyme. Just want to highlight cool research being done in the Lyme field!
