Thank you so much! At what point should I put it in the fridge and reduce feedings?

It’s a week old.

I started with whole wheat flour and water. The second day I fed it 1 part bread flour, 1 part water, and 1 part starter. It doubled. I did the same thing the next day and it tripled in volume. Since then, I have been feeding it the same ratio everyday but it hasn’t doubled again. It has bubbles.

Do you have any tips for building a strong starter? I’m just getting started.
