Some progress on the two battery packs. The metal ammo boxes will be electrically isolated so that I can stack the two without risk of shorting out when the two packs are connected in series.

Been a few weeks. Was out of town. But I took this battery with me on my drive as a backup. 1.2KWh 12v LiFePO4 back in a cheap ammo box. 12v socket 5amp fuse. Power polls 30amp fuse. Large connector 50amp breaker for 600 watt inverter. No other active circuits inside except basic BMS on the battery.
