I'm looking forward to the upcoming festival!

I can't wait for these upcoming events! I have some limited fall availability, and I'm currently booking spring events including school visits (in-person and virtual).

A huge thanks to U.R. Our Hope and Dr. Katia Moritz for the amazing Austin premiere of Undiagnosed at the Austin Film Society last evening! The documentary was deeply personal, and I was moved to tears many times relating to the journeys of the families featured.

I am thrilled to see Naomi Nash: Saving Snakes included in such awesome company on the the 2024 Green Earth Book Award Long List!

My very good writing buddy is 14!

I wasn’t sure how the #books would be received (esp. how misunderstood snakes can be), so I was particularly thrilled to review the news about winning a gold award for best chapter book series. I'm thankful for the support and for everyone who helped bring these stories to life!
