My 5th sourdough loaf (rosemary, oregano, and thyme with a sesame crust) and I think I finally nailed bulk fermentation - fingers crossed for when I cut this open for lunch in a few hours

Had to bake another sourdough loaf for home since I’ve given all the others to friends/family. Loving the sesame seeds on top. Need to work on my scoring a little bit
