That isn’t really the answer I’m seeking. I am aware that people have different opinions from each other. That isn’t part of the question. And it isn’t even about Nazis. My question is about fascist ideas, and if those fighting against Germans were against those ideas or just the German part.

Nah, it’s not about being silent. It’s about not believing what they’re telling you is their motivation, not thinking facts will change their mind. It’s about not changing their mind or trying to but impacting others around. And it’s about deciding what’s wanted, not just what isn’t wanted.

Nope. The reality is I spent decades doing what you’re doing- and it was largely useless. Here’s what I should have done sooner:
1. Don’t hold hands with fascists incl family
2. Recognise capitalism will always lead to fascism
3. Stop being distracted by the fascist circus which is their rhetoric

Because you’re not having a friendly exchange of ideas- you’re being gaslit by people who are wasting your time and energy. Instead of actively building something new, you’re chasing around addressing their false rhetoric- it’s what dems do, and why dems have no actual plan or different vision.

You’re not going to change the minds of the church ladies and men. Trumps policies are the opposite of Christ values and yet they actively support him- they’ve already brainwashed themselves about what they believe and why they’re voting the way they vote.

First answer why you believe presenting counterpoints to rhetoric works. Have you actively changed people’s minds
AND behaviours? I don’t mean they agree with you but go on supporting fascism. I mean they actively stop supporting the thing in question.
