He was blacklisted on X. I wasn't even made aware of this declaration until well after the fact, despite being very engaged, which shows a level of devastating takedown. I'm sorry you're so misinformed.

Your cynical view that it was only about keeping the economy open is narrow-minded and assumes you know the motivations of people, which you can't. There are many studies about the damages from lockdown which show damages far beyond those financial, which is what those who dissented were focused on.

And then later on, once the censorship veil was lifted, we learned there actually was a declaration that many scientists signed that wasn't even discussed or made public. Even if it wasn't perfect in hindsight, it deserved discussion. Maybe there were some middle ground that could've been achieved.
