You've declared it so, ok. OK. There was no merit to what they had to say, and the current nomination has nothing to do with a repudiation of silencing debate over policies. Good luck with that and your clear ideological and political agenda.

You have no evidence whatsoever to support this. You can keep repeating it and repeating it, but you have no evidence. People are not buying it.

Your cynical view that it was only about keeping the economy open is narrow-minded and assumes you know the motivations of people, which you can't. There are many studies about the damages from lockdown which show damages far beyond those financial, which is what those who dissented were focused on.

That's your theory. Many other people find it to be real. You can declare your opinion as fact as much as you want, but it isn't.

And then later on, once the censorship veil was lifted, we learned there actually was a declaration that many scientists signed that wasn't even discussed or made public. Even if it wasn't perfect in hindsight, it deserved discussion. Maybe there were some middle ground that could've been achieved.
