The fate of 48 Uyghur men detained in Thailand has become a litmus test for human rights in Southeast Asia, with far-reaching implications that extend beyond the borders of Thailand and China.
It amazes me that there aren’t more China/ China foreign policy scholars working/writing on fentanyl yet, particularly given how devastating the opioid crisis has been to the United States.
