I think I have made too many sweets.
Coated the cassis truffles but I have to stop because I have run out of pans and fridge space. 🫠

So, after work, I finished rolling the cassis and the butterscotch truffles. Tomorrow they will get coated in chocolate and then I just have to wrap and then it's just figuring out how many packs I need to make! 😵💫

White chocolate snowball update 2: kinda fixed, thanks to a little dip in more chocolate. Not perfect, but not bad for a first try.
Life lesson: many things can be fixed by adding chocolate. Just don't let the chocolate set on a wire rack.
Next up: LET'S MAKE SOME ACTUAL COOKIES!
