Life of Chuck is a rare example where the book works BETTER as a movie. Maybe it's because @mikeflanaganfilm.com is such a master. Every little thing he does is so intentional and perfect. It wrecks you emotionally, but it's so uplifting, which is wildly needed now. Best movie I've seen this year.

This was supposed to be delivered to St Louis on 2/14. I'm so thankful that USPS is giving me so much information. I'd hope that it's "in transit", but a bit more detail would be nice.

I am BEGGING directors to quit working with Netflix. This bullshit theatrical release business dooms movies to be forgotten about in a week. I've been DYING to see GDT take on Universal Monsters for years and now there's a chance I won't be able to see it in the theatre because I'm not in LA or NYC

I thought The Brutalist was a pretty, but boring film. Using AI to enhance accents and generate drawings/artwork ultimately disqualifies it for Oscars in my book. Nobody would have marked it down if the accents for those characters weren't 100%. And they certainly could have paid an artist.

Reminder that Matt Gaetz grilled Hunter Biden about his drug use in a hearing. While he had used illegal drugs multiple times, paid for sex, and had sex with a 17 yo.
At least Hunter has been up front about his issues, meanwhile Matt has done everything he can to keep this report hidden.

This dog has the hardest life. At any point in the day, I'll go in there and she'll be sprawled out on the bed like it's her own luxury sleeping quarters. God help you if you disturb her and don't offer tummy scratches.
