Oh sure, you could buy a bag of salad and throw a piece of tasteless rubber chicken on top, or you can make a proper grilled jerk chicken caesar from scratch. Anchovy egg garlic lemon dressing, and pillowy crunchy croutons, Parmesan and feast.

St Patrick’s day 🍀 always means corned beef. But, if you soak it, rub it, then smoke it. It’s Pastrami baby! Gonna keep it simple in the Weber kettle. Apple wood smoke.
