Much of outer London has train services into central #London, but not to each other
Enter the Superloop, London's Express Bus Network 🚌, which is now expanding with 5 new routes
#TfL is asking for input here: haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk

Here's a map I made with the routes overlaid on the Tube & Rail map

During the #TubeStrikes, fellow Londoners remember the Overground lines, Elizabeth line, and bus network are still operating but will be busier than usual or hire a SantanderCycles e-bike.

#TfL is for the first time seeking a sponsorship for an entire Tube line: The Waterloo & City line shuttling between Waterloo and Bank stations.

Best case scenario: #AbbaVoyage should sponsor it and have Waterloo playing on one end and MoneyMoneyMoney on the other

For #London 's Santander Cycles' 15th birthday, you can hire #bikes and e-bikes for FREE every Sunday in August!

Make sure to bring it back within 1 hour to not be charged, but then can hire it again and again for free

Use code CYCLESUNDAYS plus the date (so CYCLESUNDAYS03 for this Sunday the 3rd)

Mark Carney's #StrongBordersAct is to appease Trump.

It lets police see your internet history, IP address, and open your mail all without a warrant.

Instead let's actually make our borders stronger:
- Stop guns from illegally entering #Canada
- Stop the $1bn worth of stolen cars exported annually

I was there at the Toronto Van attack in 2018, and I am really disappointed with the #Vancouver police, they're dismissing the idea that they should have put temporary concrete barriers between where heavy vehicles can be and where a street festival is taking place.

It's not "barricading people in"

The decision to disinvite the Greens from #Canada 's leaders' debates breaks the Commission's own rule.
Without meeting the polling criteria they need to have candidates in >90% of ridings exactly "28 days before" election day.
It doesn't matter if some drop out as long as they had that amount then.

Voted today in Canada's election from here in the UK!

Canadians, it's super easy to vote early or on election day.
Don't worry about being registered, just bring like a bank card and a bill with your address (even show it on your phone) or bring someone to vouch for you!

The new amusement park Universal Studios #UK has been approved and with it two train stations are being developed.

1- Wixams a new station on the Thameslink (Midland Main Line) along with a new town being built to its East
2- Kempston Hardwick is being redeveloped for the new Oxford-Cambridge line

On Monday, TfL's new #Silvertown tunnel will open in #London next to the Blackwall tunnel. New tolls will be in place on both tunnels.

There will also be many new #bus routes and a cycle shuttle using the new bus lanes going under the Thames.

There are discounts on the tunnel and buses for locals.

From #Canada's polls it's clear @jagmeetsingh.ca's communication strategy has been lackluster. But the NDP accomplished so much by pushing the Liberals.
Pharmacare, Dental Care, $10/day Childcare are so established that even Poilievre now says he won't get rid of them.
We need these to be universal.

Looking at the #Ontario election results, I see so many ridings where a non-Conservative candidate could have won if the other parties didn't stand in their way.

Seriously, why couldn't the NDP, Liberals, and Greens made a non-compete agreement and dropped out in each other's riding like in France?
