Sorry -- I meant to say we do L&V before the start of a new campaign. And though we do record our sessions, the recordings are lo-fi and just to jog our own memories -- so this is, per your definition, unrecorded.

My home group (5+ years playing together) does L&V before the session, and uses Traffic Lights during, with a laminated sheet right in the middle of the table. I'd say we average 1 tap per session on the yellow or green lights (almost never the red). I'm happy to field any questions you might have!
